Leonard
Somdahl joined First American Title in 1967 as a salesman
serving real estate brokers. He later served as Sales Manager,
Title Plant Manager and Manager of Major Accounts serving
residential developers, commercial accounts, and land brokers.
Mr. Somdahl is presently assisting staff and customers in
marketing and mapping of new subdivisions.
In addition to his duties at First American, Leonard is active
in several organizations: the Christian Business Men's Committee;
BIA (Building Industry Association) Government Affairs; VCEDA
(Ventura County Economic Development Association); IRWA (International
Right of Way Association), where he is a past president of
the tri-county chapter; HOME, a coalition to support housing
in Ventura County; and St. John's Hospital Community Foundation.
