Laurie is the Ventura County Escrow Manager. In addition to handling all the land acquisition transactions, Laurie and her experienced staff handle resale, refinance and new home escrows.

Laurie began the road to her successful escrow career 30 years ago as a receptionist at First American Title in Santa Barbara. After gaining experience as a Senior Title assistant, she then earned her Loan Underwriting Certification of Completion in Mortgage Loan Underwriting from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America while employed as a Loan Processor. Working in the Escrow Department at First American Title's Oxnard office since 1985, Laurie has established a well-deserved reputation as a professional, accurate, and dedicated Escrow Officer with a solid industry-integrated background.
