Ventura

Brad Golden started in the title industry in January of 1994 (the day of the Northridge earthquake!). He then worked for a residential developer for 2 years before returning to the title business in 1997. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Builders Industry Association, VCEDA and HOME (Housing Opportunities Made Easier). Brad's expertise is in all aspects of commercial and subdivision title; from the refinance of an industrial condominium to a 3000 unit master planned community. His primary customers are commercial brokers, land developers, home builders, commercial developers, investors, commercial lenders and attorneys. Born and raised in Ventura County, Brad currently resides in the city of Ventura.
